But you must start HotSync on the palm for this to work. Pilot-xfer
uses hotsync, but only does what you tell it to.

One of the features in ZBoxZ (palmboxer.sourceforge.net) is a YModem
upload - you need to tap and install the uploaded PRC files.
Also there are IrOBEX clients for the PC, and for linux. You could
use that to beam the prc.
These do bypass the hotsync manager.
