Access to Knowledge Base

Perhaps if I, Elizabeth, Heather, and everyone at Metrowerks complains, I mean 
"votes", about this issue (no access to Knowledge Base because of fire walls) every 
day, one day we will be able to look up needed information ourselves. Until then, I 
guess we will have to send our questions to the forum, questions that we might have 
been able to get answers to ourselves.
