This is much more appropriate for the tools forum, so I've cc'd this there.
There are known problems with the intellimouse wheel in the IDE, but it
should do something automatically (i.e., you shouldn't need to set anything
in the IDE if you already have the drivers installed for the mouse).
Apparently, in works better in MDI (full-screen) mode. This option is
checked in the Edit-Preferences, IDE Extras panel.
