hmmm.. could have told me in advance :)) i have been working on doing
something like this for a few weeks now - just never got around to
getting it complete.
but, here goes..

includes instructions of what to download, where to put things and
how to configure the following environments:
windows 95/98
windows NT 4.0
windows 2000
there is a tools + FAQ section, if you have written a 3rd party app
that does not get distributed with the "main" build of prc-tools. let
me know, and i will put a link in there - so people can get the tool.
the FAQ section is there for *you* - to help each other. if there is
a small problem you cannot figure out with the prc-tools installation
then ask me, and i will try and find the solution you need and put
an answer in this section.
the FAQ is for setting up the environment, NOT how to use prc-tools to
do certain things (ie: shared libraries etc).. :))
