Yes that help. But I have another problem. The paths to the new project 
seem to be getting changed after I work on the project and close the 
program.  I had to delete the .cpp file and add the file again. I also had 
to do the same for the resource file.

Should I create another new project but instead of using the CPP file which 
is in another directory, should I move the .CPP file and the resource file?

Usually what happens when a new project gets created this way is that the
debugging info is not generated.  On the project window there is a column
with a little green bug at the top.  In that column, click across from your
source files, putting a little black dot there.  Once the dot is there and
you recompile/redebug, you should have source instead of assembly in your
debug session.
