Duplicate resource error

OK group, I was just about done, just tweaking a couple of images when all
of sudden I start getting a "Duplicate resource" error on 3.5 debug ROM and
then the emulator crashes.  Any clues why this may be happening?  I don't
see anything obvious (like duplicate resources).
