Simple viewers for both HTML and XML aren't huge chunks of
work.  Since HotDispatch provides a $25 to anyone that signs up
perhaps a group could post the whole exercise as a set of 'write
this routine' requests.  Of course this might be worth enough for
several developers to get together and fund it as a 'public good'
project.

You could always post a project to write an XML parser for your
$25 and see if anyone bites.  Of course, you're probably going to
get a simplistic port of expat that blows out the stack on anything
more than "hello world".
