You aren't calling CtlNewControl, but the OS code for FrmAlert is.

Subject: PalmOS (3.5) is corrupting my Alert resource!
I have an alert resource with 2 buttons. One of which is simply "OK". On
OS/3.5 devices, the "OK" is becoming "OQ" ... interestingly, if I make the
alert be "OE" it'll turn it back into "OK" for me (how nice). However, on
devices prior to OS/3.5, I'm not having this problem.
I know about the CtlNewControl issue corrupting labels, but I'm not using
that call in my app.
This also just started happening. I can't pinpoint it exactly, but I think
it's related to when I moved most of my static strings into resources for
later localization.
What can I do?
