Jason,
Sorry I haven't gotten to your email (which came in Friday). This is an
issue with permissions of your User. Most likely your User login is a
restricted user instead of a standard user. If you look in the Control
Panel in the Users and Passwords area, your login must be listed in the
Power Users group, not just the Users group.
