In the source, it looks in the current directory of the program you are
running, its parent and its grandparent.  It wants to find "skins...".  I
have this setup but it isn't searching the parent fully; it looks at "debug"
(the first alphabetical one), then exits before it examines "skins".  Not
sure why.
