did you remove the previous version of prc-tools? most specifically,
you should have no GCC_EXEC_PREFIX anymore (as was existant in
prc-tools 0.5.0). once you remove the old version, follow the
simple instructions here:

it will tell you how to install prc-tools (the way i do it), i have
had some very positive feedback regarding it - so, it should be worth
