I having trouble with an app that I last worked on with Rel4 last winter. Now I have a new machine with R6 and I can't get the thing (the app) to load into POSE for debugging. (It compiles and links fine and the prepackages samples load fine e.g. SubHunt) I've read all the What's New docs and perused the latest .pdf files from the Palm/CW site. While they give a nice overview, I'm looking for a discussion on the more subtle aspects of the programming style differences with R6. Specifically, I get errors complaining about "duplicate ID (1000) tAIB" and it seems to be related to the new Family resources available. i.e. My Rel4 app (using Contructor 1.5b5) has an Icons group and a Multibit Icons group, but the Application Icon resource ID under Project Settings seems to insist on an App Icon *Family* ID. I guess plain ol' icons aren't good enough for R6. If anyone knows of this problem in upgrading an app to Rel6, I'm all ears, but I'm really looking to RTFM if I only knew what FM to R.
