To All,
I am trying to beam a single record from my own database which I create in
my application to another Palm Device. I have put in the Beam Code as
recommended. However - I am running into a problem ...
My objective is to be able to BEAM "record" from the Database created by my
application to the SAME APP on another Palm Device.
When I select the Beam function from Menu (and for Testing I have HARD CODED
a particular Record to be BEAMed) -- the Display shows the description I
have set in the ExgSocketType .. however soon it shows a Fatal Reset message
(the Palm which is trying to beam) on the device - saying something like
"Form.C Line 3795 No Unregistered Event Handler" ..
Can anybody give me pointers on what I am missing out?
Another related question ExgRegisterData - the third option is a Filename /
MIME type --- what is this for? I am calling this function in
sysAppLaunchCmdSyncNotify - if I do not have it - will beaming still work?
Any help would be appreciated !!!
