  well.. yes and no :)

  my Palm III and V have had the same amount of free dynamic heap since
  February 2000 :) now, with the introduction of the upgrade from Palm,
  there are a lot of other units with this same problem :)
 
  what ever happened with the 3.5 upgrade? heard rumors it was frying
  devices (flash rom could be written only once?) - my Palm III has been
  reflashed a few times.. seems strange :)
