Should not appear on Launcher screen

Hi All,
 
  I'd like to load an application on to Palm and that should not appear 
  on the application launcher screen. The reason is am interested 
  in launching that application from another appliaction.
 
     So, How to make an application that should not appear on application 
  launcher screen.
 
 Any help would be appreciated.
