I am trying to debug a tcp/ip application on a Palm IIIc with no success so
far.
Since Codewarrior uses the serial connection to the Palm, a tcp/ip
redirector
program such as Mocha PPP cannot be used at the same time. This leaves
either a IrDA connection or the emulator as a possible tcp/ip transport.
If I select "redirect netLib calls to host tcp/ip" in POSE, I can achieve a
tcp/ip
connection in some applications (Mocha pocket telnet), but not others (ping,
PalmScape), and the connection is *very* slow. It takes 15-20 seconds for
a response.
I have configured the network setting on the Palm as "Direct Serial" with
no script.
Any suggestions on how to debug a tcp/ip application?
