Hi,
Thanks for your time. I tried the changes you suggested but
the same problem still persists. The text only shows up in the fields
after a button is clicked. This button, by the way has no code and does
nothing,
just destroy the form.
Does it have anything to do with FldDrawField somehow?

1. Only use labels for text that you don't intend to change and set the text
at design time.
2. It is not safe to do anything that draws the contents of a field before
calling FrmDrawForm, so move RFFormInit *after* FrmDrawForm.
