Go to www.palm.com and click on 'developers'. That should get you started. You
may also find Palm-targetting IDEs such as www.falch.net and www.vfdide.com
useful if you have a windows environment.
(To the vfd guy(s) - any plans for a port to X, using say Qt or GTK?)
