You can call TimGetTicks before and after your call to EvtGetEvent and
calculate for how long you have not had the CPU.
This does not tell me how much dozing has been going on as the system
probably use a bit itself, but i guess it is close.
TimGetTicks does however not work too well in POSE. I get 237+ of those
ticks pr. second even if SysTicksPerSecond tells me that 100 should be the
number (not surprising).
