Upgrade tool to palmOS 3.5 / Palm V

Hi all,
i have a Palm V running PalmOS 3.3 and am needing to upgrade it to version 3.5. 
I Found out that i have to buy it but when I tried to buy, the Palm site rejects my 
credit Card. I called 3Com and they told me that they are no selling it to my country 
(Brazil) ...

Anyone who have the mentioned upgrade tool... could make it avalaible for me?
