Probably there is a problem with your COM orts settings, or your null Modem
. check those

Hello
I can't configure hotsync on the pose.
I want to hotsync between the PC and pose.
So, I click on hotsync on the pose, and get presented with a local or modem
choice.
I chose local, and start the process, but after some time get the response
"can't connect......." or something.
Can anyone see what I have failed to configure, install etc?
Much appreciated, I'm new at this and haven't got a clue.
