Hello all, I have problem in getting HotSync to work when login account is an domain user in NT4. The HotSync worked fine with a domain administrator account. I copied the HotSync.exe from adminsitrator profiles to all users profile and thought doing this will allow other users to use the application. But with a domain user's account, HotSynce died when it was determining 'Handheld Configuration', and I received a Dr. Watson error: Application error has occurred and an application error log is being generated. hotsync.exe Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address:0x002349b2. I deeply appreciate if anyone could give me some advice on this, there seems no official document talks abotu how user profiles may affect the hotsync application. PS.Our NT server is using service pack 6.
