Bitmap Question

After I make a form bitmap (Code Warrior) 160X160 in color, and put the app on 
Emulator (color emulator) the bitmap comes out in black and white.

I think I'm saving it (in Constructor) in color, so I don't know why it's not in color.

I've also hot sync'd it to my palm IIIc, and it's in black and white there too.

I'd appreciate any advice on this.
