I spent a day and a half trying to tweak FldSetInsPtPosition() and
FldGetInsPtPosition() and then moved to the "stuff the down key event"
approach.  Unfortunately, I haven't gotten either approach to works.  Sure
seems like the event approach should work (as it works in POSE, albeit not
the same pressing a key as stuffing an event from a button).
