CW6 Error -50

I am trying to open a CW5 project with CW6 and am getting the following
error
        Operating system error -50.
        Unable to open project. Error in parameter list / Not an
        existing volume, and no default volume / Bad positioning
        information / Bad drive number.

Familiar to anyone? any fixes or suggestions?
