in the app that im writing, constructor makes a header file in the Rsc
folder. in the Src folder the header file that the Starter.c does not have
the defined id's that i need in the app. in sample projects that ive looked
at, the header with the definitions was always in the Src folder. is it
normal that the header file be in the rsc folder?
