Here's a side note. I was not running Update 1 on SDK 3.5, but after
installing the same problem occurs but only when you actually select the
checkbox in the about form. If you don't change it, both forms come up. If
you do select the checkbox on the first form, the program errors out before
drawing the second form.
I apologize for the lengthy discussion, but I've been battling the problem
for 3 weeks now, and am loosing hair.
