One good reason is that if people beam your app, you can have the app
install a default database. I do this with the "services" database for
PageNOW!. While it added 2K or so to the app, it WAY cut down on tech
support issues. The ROM apps do this as well (for default adress book, date
book, etc entries).
Just use DMCreateDatabaseFromImage.
