The only IrDA "service" that's listening all the time is the OBEX inbox
service used by the Exchange Manager. If you want to accept incoming TinyTP
connections into your app, you'll have to have the user run your app first.
Either that or you could have the PC send an OBEX object to get your app
running, after which you can make a TinyTP connection. Note that the OBEX
connection, including the TinyTP and LAP layers below it, is disconnected by
the time the object is delivered to your app. I haven't had any luck with
this approach though.
