Actually, it's pretty easy to get the Visor ROMs. You go to the web site,
download an Adobe PDF file, fill it out, print it, sign it, and FAX it back to
the Handspring.
I did all this afternoon and the ROM arrived with the evening e-mail. Not too
many hoops, not too much lead time required. I'll be testing with it tonight.
Perhaps Handspring has taken note of how bad things were and is now responding
faster?
