I want to open two databases without specifying a card number. The first
one works fine because I try to open (before creating) using
DmOpenDatabaseByTypeCreator. The second one is tricky. If I use
DmOpenDatabase as my test than I have to specify a card number. I could
iterate through each card if I knew how many cards existed, but I can't find
a function to make that call. Anyone have a clue on how I should test and
then create a database on my second database?
