Just like it says in the documentation for modem and network sync'ing:
On the Palm:
1. HotSync, Modem Sync Prefs, choose Network, then make sure you've got the right
dial-up service (Windows RAS) selected and
configured (RAS username, password, phone number)
2. HotSync, LANSync Prefs, choose Network
3. HotSync, Primary PC Setup, fill in at least the IP address or DNS name of the
system that you'll be sync'ing against (the system
running HotSync Manager).
On the system running HotSync Manager:
1. Make sure you have Network sync'ing enabled.
That's all you should have to do. On the Palm, either hit the Sync button on the
attached modem, or tap on the Modem Sync icon in
the HotSync app, to initiate the dial-in and sync.
Have fun.
