We were seeing this problem at some of the labs at PalmSource. I don't
remember what version of MacsBug we included with R6, but some of the older
versions of MacsBug would crater Mac OS 9.0++. If possible I would suggest
getting the latest version of MacsBug from Apple (6.6, I think) from
http://developer.apple.com/tools/debuggers/MacsBug/ which should fix the
problem.
