Yes, you need CodeWarrior, since Constructor is a part of the SDK and not a
stand alone package...

That is probably why it's never left Beta stage in their SDK and thus
perform a very good job of being a BETA product, that is _it totally fails_
to achieve its purpose to ease the development of the UI! I personally had
given up on Constructor after battling it for over a week now, and moved
onto PilRC, which seems to be working just fine...
BTW, I am just finishing rewriting Stationary to use PilRC plugin with
PalmOS SDK and CW, so if anyone wants it, just drop me an email...
