Yes and you can, more or less. You need the file "Constructor for Palm
OS.exe" (which is in the SDK) plus two more: ASINTPPC.DLL and SHW32.DLL,
plus a set of font files to install in Windows. The DLL's and fonts come
with CodeWarrior but are not in the SDK. I think this is just an oversight
by Palm. It was stated at PalmSource that Constructor is intended to be
totally free to download and use and to redistribute to non-CodeWarrior
users such as translators.
Why not inquire with Palm about this state of affairs. They presumably want
feedback on the new SDK.
