Here's a PDF creation bug I just noticed. The indices at the end of each
chapter in the 4.0 Palm OS Companion PDF link to "Palm_OS_Reference.pdf".
However, the name of this file on Windows is "Palm OS Reference.pdf", so all
of the links are broken. Its easy to rename the files, but this should work
by default.
This is using the document files from the PalmSource 2000 seeding CD.
