I can't disagree with that--there were a lot of topics we didn't hit.
As we explain in the intro, we don't try to discuss all the advanced
Palm topics, just ones that we have encountered in real situations,
that could use some further discussion, and that we thought we could
do a good job on.
If we tried to hit all the difficult Palm topics that beg for a good,
clear discussion, the book would be a book series, not a single
volume.
