get hold of some direct phone numbers :) and make those phone calls
i am sure if someone is forced to pick up the phone - they'll give
you a response (dont expect it to be nice tho)..
in many cases, just fill in your NDA's - and send em in.. if you
screw them up (fill it in wrong etc) you'll probably never hear
anything.. read the instructions carefully.. they wont contact you
saying "um, you missed part III".. it probably just goes into the
"oh, lazy developer who couldn't read pile".
expect a turn around period to have delays.. if you need it tommorow
or within the next few weeks.. forget it. :) mine took 3 months from
memory.. dont wait until the last minute.. essentially, when Palm
developing was a twinkle in your eye - you should have signed those
NDA's.. by the time you get into it... all would be approved. :)
ps: keep in mind a *lot* of developers sign up each week.. the
longer you leave it - the worse it will get.
