lets not get into a religious debate.. but "hell" is a good word in my

it wasn't an insult.. the problem is that EvtGetEvent() is one of the
most commonly called routines in all apps on the palm. anything with a
GUI, calls it.. if you are adding a hack to do something which that is
being called - you are going to slow down the system..
"why the hell" = why on earth would you want to hack it?
like i said, lets not get religion into this discussion - we will never
agree on anything.. it just comes as a shock that someone would want to
hack EvtGetEvent().

i dont understand what you want here - nor, do i know what you intend to
do with this hack :) no insult was pushed to you - althought thats what
you read :)
i have written a "hack" (not HackMaster) which has multiple code
segments, but, i am not sure if it can be done with the HackMaster
API.. you may want to switch to a stand-alone version of your hack.
P.S: there is/was no insult to you intended.. :)
