to make pages look good on regular. But what tweak the server side means,
what do I have to do?

You may be suffering from inadequately detailed user requirements. And you
may indeed be a new web clipping developer. You should find out if you are
supposed to be compatible with the Palm VII and OmniSky by creating web
clipping apps for the device and corresponding server support, or if you are
just supposed to tweak the server side to make pages look good on regular
Palm HTML browsers.
