Constructor 1.6b2 and PalmRez Post Linker error

After I create a new bitmap with the latest constructor, I get the following
error when building my app ...

"PalmRez Post Linker caused exception 0xc0000005. Please terminate the IDE &
report the problem."  

I'm using the Post Linker that came with SDK 4.0.  Anyone else see this
problem?

BTW, is CW 7.0 shipping yet?  I'm still waiting for my copy.
