I don't know of a way to convert a .rsrc file into a .rcp file. You can convert it to a .r file, and edit it as a text-based resource file, and use it with CW. Or, you can use your .rcp files from PilRC in your CW project by using Neil Rhodes' PilRC plugin for CW (http://www.calliopeinc.com/devcorner.htm). But I don't think you can go from .rsrc to .rcp.
