I have a 10 line field (marked as "has scrollbar") If I put text in all 10 lines, then hit 'enter', I don't get a fldChangedEvent ... I do get a fldHeightChangedEvent (but there are so many of those it's annoying to deal with them all). The problem is that the field doesn't scroll by itself until you hit another character, but it should be scrolling on that enter. I had a feeling this might have something to do with the actual height of the field, but that didn't seem to help.
