I just got a copy of the updated documentation that will be included with Palm
OS Emulator 3.0a9. Naturally, this documentation will be immediately out of
date (it covers up to 3.0a8), but we were able to slip in there the typical
values passed to HostProfileInit.

Yeah, that's hopelessly out of date. I'll remove it from the next release to
reduce confusion. Most of the still-valid material will be incorporated in a
"Palm OS Emulator Implementation" document I'm (sort of) working on.
