there is a specified format for a .pdb file. if you wish to
view it, open it in a HEX based editor of some sort. if you
wish to get the records in individual files, then use one
of the tools i have made available:

pdb files was written by ken shirrif, and does .pdb splitting
and restructuring perfectly for me :)
