You'll have to copy over the 3.1 Support folder from your R6 installation
or CD to be able to use the 3.1 SDK. Then you'll have to #define
PILOT_PRECOMPILED_HEADERS_OFF to get around the precompiled header issue.
If you need to used the precompiled headers, you'll have to recompile them
to get around the error. Also, be aware that the compiler in release 7 is
stricter, so you may have to change some things that the release 6
compiler let you get away with.
