Hi, I use a Symbol Msr3006 magnetic card reader that is basically connected to the serial port at a (symbol) terminal. Then I (want to) close the serial port to use the ir port with an Comtec IR printer. But I can not open the IR port, due to "PTStatusTransportNotAvailable". For me it seems like it is because I can not access the IR port. I use a command that says it clears all resources. How do I close the serial port? I also tried SrmClose(portId), with portId for "Direct Serial".
