I've found that it most often occurs when there is a problem with the
resources. Usually, a form is referring to a bitmap or other resource whose
ID I've changed, and so it refers to a non-existent resource. Hope this

This is a very generic error which occurs whenever you try to read or
write to illegal memory addresses.
