If you're using CodeWarrior, there is sample code for the StartupCode.lib
and the MSL Runtimes that you could use as a starting point for creating
your library. The project files are located in Palm OS 3.1
Support\Libraries\StartupCode and Palm OS 3.1 Support\Runtime if you are
using 3.1 Support with release 6. If you are using the 3.5 SDK, the
projects are in Palm OS 3.5 Support\CodeWarrior Libraries\Source
Code\StartupCode (release 6 and release 7).
