The Palm Mobile Internet Kit provides this. Its also part of the OS on the
VII and VIIX, and provided with the Omnisky wireless system. It probably
will see general distribution as part of PalmOS 4.0 -- either builtin to
most devices or as something you could include with your INetLib-using
application.
